The Flowjo will be hosting Amy Durso, Scott Durso & I to play music for an intentional, sacred soundscape that will open your heart & soothe your soul.

We'll have optional cacao/chocolate beverage & treats to open your heart and senses. Cacao can facilitate deep emotional presence and feelings of expansive love, connection and healing. (Treats will be vegan and refined sugar free.)

Guests are welcome to enjoy this blissful medicine in stillness or gentle movement. We'll also open the circle for a medicine song or heart-opening poem offerings by guests.

Bring water bottle, your own cup if you like, a song/poem or instrument, pillow, mat, blanket or back-jack to create a personal healing space f...or the evening.
