It's my birthday!!!  So what better way to celebrate then by doing something I've never done before:  A FLOATING SOUND CEREMONY!  This is a lovely retreat center in Chapel Hill with a Salt Water Pool.  It will happen in two parts.  The first part is Deena leading everyone through a grounding and centering meditation and working with everyone's energy body.  That's about 45 minutes.  Then we will have a quick (and silent) bathroom break and transition out to the pool, where you will be guided onto a floating mattress to relax while I conduct a Sound Ceremony Poolside.  There is very little exposure to the water during this process, but it is a pool so some droplets could be flying around.  Come spend some of my birthday with me as we all float on, alright.
