Greetings!

For this session we are inviting parents and their children to experience this healing modality!  All ages welcome, but please note that we need the space as still and quiet as possible.  If you think your child won't be able to sit still (mostly) or remain quiet (mostly) than maybe this isn't the best experience for them.   Everyone is welcome to try!!  This is a wonderful space located in downtown Raleigh.   The space can hold about 15 participants so please reach out to me directly (garthmusic365@gmail.com) if you are certain you plan on attending.  I will also make a FB event and reach out to each person who says they are "going" to confirm and monitor the numbers.  We have a little flexibility here as well.   The Heart Thinking Center is located around the back of the building. 

Every object has a natural vibratory rate; it's resonance. One of the principles of using frequency as a transformative and healing modality is to understand that the body is in a constant state of vibration. Every organ, every bone, every tissue, every system--all are in a state of vibration. When we are in a state of health, the body projects an overall harmonic of health. External frequencies along with intention can be used to support and return both body and spirit to optimal health.

I invite you to join me while we traverse and transcend these corporal bodies. We will be guided into meditation with ancient sounds from around the globe including guitar, overtone singing, chimes, Tibetan Bowls, flute, gong, frame drum, tuning forks and didgeridoo..

This is a free event. Donations are welcome. I will also have my CD of healing music available.

Please bring anything to make yourself comfortable. There will be a couple cushioned chairs. Feel free to bring yoga mats, blankets, and pillows as there is plenty of space to lay down or stretch out. You are welcome to receive this experience however feels best. We also welcome intentional movement for those who wish to receive the sounds while in Flow.
